Each shape tells a true story, inspired by the country, culture and personality of the pastry chef.In this case, the polycarbonate Flora shape, signed by Javier Guillén, is inspired by the flowers that flood the Spanish gardens.
Javier Guillén started his career with Ferran Adrià (3* Michelin), then continued with numerous high-level experiences around the world, such as Oriol Balaguer Tokyo, El Bulli and many more.
