With this yo-mix 300 yogurt culture you can make a very mild-tasting yogurt with a high viscosity. The culture is a freeze-dried mixture of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacilucus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus. Store at -18 degrees Celsius.
